ABOUT US
HISTORY
MCBC started with the work of Abram Brubaker (1945-1961) and Rural Home Missions also came along to assist in the church plant. In 1951 there was a groundbreaking that gave the church a building in which to meet. As a mission-planted church, we believe that missions is a vital part of a healthy church. In 1992 a second groundbreaking took place for the current sanctuary.
VALUES
Pastor Boyd believes that the Bible is the only source of faith and practice. The church is ordained of God to equip saints for spiritual living and service. Bible preaching and teaching is the focus of worship. The church also exists to reach the lost both here and around the world through missions. People grow as they hear the Word of God explained and applied (Romans 10:17) with the Holy Spirit confirming truth.
VISION
We are a fundamental, conservative premillennial, and family-oriented church. Our vision is to be used by God to reach the lost in our community, see them grow in their walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, and help to reach others here and around the world. Bible preaching and teaching are our focus.
